Catalyst Head Quarters

Catalyst Head Quarters is a gym inside the shopping centre at 459 Roscommon Road. It opens early for people who train before work: from 5am on weekdays through to 7:30pm, and for a morning session on Saturdays.

It is a small operation with good reviews. Memberships, classes and casual rates are not published, so the best way to find out is to call in or ring ahead.
